Q: Are Murphy beds comfortable?
A:  Yes ! The Legacy Murphy Bed is supported by a wood foam foundation topped by a conventional inner-spring or memory foam mattress. No "slat" foundations like the others. 

Q: Is installation included?
A: Yes. Your installation is always included in the price. Installation typically takes 2-3 hours and is performed by a friendly and skilled professional. Our installations are very low impact leaving your home undisturbed. A sincere thank you and demonstrations are always provided. 

Q: Is a mattress included?
A: Yes. Your mattress is always included in the price.

Q: Should I beware if I find a "cheaper" Murphy bed online?
A: Of course. There will always be a "cheaper" product out there online. However, when you compare the quality of the frame, mattress, cabinetry design, and overall workmanship you will quickly see the value of the Legacy Murphy bed !

Q: Are Legacy Murphy Beds made locally?
A: Yes. The entire system.... bed frames, cabinets, foundations, mattresses. Even the balancing springs are made right here in Utah by local craftsmen. 

Q: Is Legacy Murphy Beds rated by the BBB? (Better Business Bureau)
A: Yes. We have retained an A+ rating with the BBB. 

Q: Do you stock Murphy beds and how do I order one?
A: We do not stock Legacy Murphy beds. Each one is hand built to our customers dimensions, finish, style and options. Upon your request the owner will visit with you in your home. Together we will design your Legacy Murphy bed. A detailed invoice is provided. 

Q: What is the build time for a custom Legacy Murphy bed?
A: Typically from the time you order your bed to the time it is installed is within 6 to 8 weeks. Please discuss any special time needs that you may have. We will do our best to accommodate.
